Out the box

The outdoors is the perfect setting for healing and growth. 

This is our attempt to inspire on behalf of BXM Inspired. A charity that help young people move towards mental wellness and confidence. A subject close to our hearts here at The Raw and The Cooked. 

‘Out the box’ captures the idea of taking young people out of the stressful mental and physical boundaries that can make up their everyday.

“We need to get young people out of their comfort zones. This is worse than after the Second World War for mental health issues. Get them out and away from roads and cities. Just a couple of hours, to see the view and gain a sense of satisfaction.”
